5. Purchase system

7. Delivery, shipping and expenses
- a) The Products of Crimader S.L are delivered to the Customers’ homes, managing the shipments through the contracted transport companies. span>
- b) Delivery times: The purchase will be delivered from Monday to Friday, except holidays, within 24/72 hours from the shipping date.

Peninsula: Shipping costs are subject to a flat rate of €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €7 (only in the peninsula). For orders sent to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping cost will be €12.95.
8. Right of withdrawal of orders
In the products offered on this website, the User has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract made, proceeding to return the amounts collected as appropriate to the effect.

9. Return Policy
In the event that the customer receives a defective or erroneous product from Crimader S.L, the following steps must be followed:

The validity of contracts concluded electronically is protected by article 23, sections 1 and 3, of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and the Electronic Commerce: “Contracts entered into electronically will have the same validity and will produce all the effects of the Civil and Commercial Legal System.”

The client agrees that it will not be necessary to confirm receipt of the acceptance of the contract when it has been concluded exclusively by means of an exchange of electronic mail or another type of equivalent electronic communication, as established in article 28.3 b) of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, as well as the provisions of RD 1906/1999. The parties agree to legally equate the autograph signature of the client to that made by means of any type of keys, codes or identifying security elements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Crimader S.L may require written confirmation when deemed necessary.
14. Nullity of the clauses.
If any provision of this agreement becomes illegal, invalid or for any reason is unenforceable, said illegality, inapplicability or invalidity will be limited exclusively to that provision and will not affect the validity or applicability of the other provisions.
15. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction.
The conflicts that may arise from the application of these rules will be governed by the laws of Spain and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, will be submitted to the Courts of Valencia (Valencian Community).
